Autoliv's Chairman Decides to Resign

Autoliv (NYSE: ALV): Mr. Lars Westerberg, who is Chairman of the Board of Autoliv, Inc., has informed the Board that he, after almost 13 years with the Company, wishes to resign from the Board and has asked the Board to find a successor as soon as possible. He will remain in his position until a new Chairman has been elected to maintain continuity and ensure a smooth transition.
