Ingersoll Rand Increases Dividend by 33% to $0.16

Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on December 9 of $0.16 per ordinary share, reflecting a 33 percent increase and an annual dividend rate of $0.64 per share, up from $0.48 per share. Ingersoll Rand, a world leader in creating and sustaining safe, comfortable and efficient environments, has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends on its common shares since 1919 and annual dividends since 1910.
