A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd. (OTC: APWR) today announced that Mr. Shan Lee resigned as the Interim Chief Operating Officer of A-Power, effective on December 7, 2011.
Mr Lee was appointed as A-Power's Interim Chief Operating Officer on July 7, 2011. He stated that he would not be able to contribute effectively toward the Company's business with the situations that he is operating.
