Arrow Electronics Upsizes Its Asset Securitization Program

Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) announced that the company has increased the size of its existing asset securitization program. Under the new program, the company now has available liquidity of $775 million. The revised program is a three-year agreement effective December 7, 2011. The banks in the asset securitization program are Bank of America, Wells Fargo, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, The Bank of Nova Scotia, HSBC, and Mizuho.
