fell about 0.08% after the company agreed to buy Jobs2web for $110 million in cash. The transaction is likely to close this month. Shares of Precision Drilling Corp

dropped about 0.1% after the company lifted its 2012 capital budget by 54%. Precision Drilling now set 2012 capital expenditure of C$1.14 billion ($1.13 billion). It also lowered its capital budget forecast for this year by around 16% to C$740 million. Shares of Hewlett-Packard Company

fell about 0.1% after the company bought Hiflex Software GmbH, a privately held global software solutions provider specializing in web-to-print and management information systems solutions for printing services. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Shares of Southwest Airlines Co

dropped about 0.3% after the company reported a 2.5% rise in its total November traffic. Southwest Airlines' traffic for the period climbed to more than 8.28 billion revenue passenger miles, versus 8.07 billion revenue passenger miles, in the year-earlier period. Its total November capacity gained 0.7% y/y to 10.14 billion available seat miles. Southwest Airlines' load factor surged to 81.6% versus 80.2%.
