On the economic calendar, New Home Sales came in at 307K versus an estimate of 315K; Dallas Fed Manufacturing Activity came in at 3.2 versus an estimate of 5. On the commodity front, gold and silver futures traded mixed today, with gold trading about 0.02% higher today. Energy futures are mixed, as well, with crude oil up over 1% near the $97.90 level and gasoline futures are trading higher by about 2.5%. Natural Gas futures are lower by about 3.25% and copper futures are trading over 0.3% lower.

In corporate news, Cousins Properties Inc (NYSE: CUZ) announced that it has completed its acquisition of Promenade Two for $134.7 million.
