Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEIX) announced that it has retired in full its $35.0 million senior convertible notes on November 15, 2011 with its final payment in shares of its common stock. As of November 15, 2011, Pacific Ethanol had approximately 77.5 million common shares outstanding.
