Xi3 Corporation and Avnet Embedded, a division of Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, a business region of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), today announced a distribution agreement enabling Avnet Embedded to sell the Xi3^ Modular Computer and other Xi3 Computer Architecture products and technologies to customers in the Americas.
