Ball Aerospace Wins U.S. Air Force Contract to Support Distributed Common Ground System; Value More Than $17M

Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. (NYSE: BLL) has been awarded four task order contracts worth more than $17 million to develop and integrate enhanced operational capabilities for the U.S. Air Force Distributed Common Ground System.

Under the task orders, Ball Aerospace will spend 18 months integrating data streams from enhanced sensors on the Global Hawk and Predator Unmanned Aerial Vehicles into the Air Force DCGS. This work ensures the data from the newest UAV sensors can be fully exploited to meet critical warfighter needs.
