Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas Inks Distribution Agreement with Digilent, Inc.

Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, a business region of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), today announced that it has added Digilent, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Xilinx development boards, programming cables and embedded programming solutions, to its Americas offering. Digilent's wide range of low-cost development boards augments Avnet's existing Xilinx offering and provides customers with access to programming cables and embedded programming modules to jump-start new designs. Digilent products are available from an Avnet representative, or online from Avnet Express, Avnet's e-Commerce engine.
