Allot Communications Announces Offering of 5M Ordinary Shares

Allot Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT) today announced that the Company is offering for sale 5,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company in an underwritten public offering. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional ordinary shares to cover any over-allotments. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital and potential acquisitions.
