Cellcom Israel Announces Change of Chief Executive Officer

Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) announced today that Mr. Amos Shapira notified the Company of his resignation from office as the Company's CEO after six years of tenure, effective December 31, 2011. The Company's board of directors has nominated Mr. Nir Sztern as the Company's CEO, effective January 1, 2012.
