Dr. Alan Muney Named Cigna Chief Medical Officer

has named Alan M. Muney, M.D., M.H.A., its Chief Medical Officer, effective this week. Dr. Muney, 58, will lead the company's efforts to help customers achieve their best possible personal health and wellness through programs and services they receive from Cigna.
