Brigham Exploration Co (NASDAQ: BEXP) moved up 19.57% to $36.30 in the pre-market session. Statoil ASA (NYSE: STO) announced its plans to acquire Brigham Exploration for $4.4 billion.
Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd (NASDAQ: SNDA) soared 16.49% to $39.00 in the pre-market trading. SNDA received a cash buyout offer of $20.68 per share from its chief executive Tianqiao Chen.
