Ameren Corporation Increases Dividend by 3.9% to $0.385

The board of directors of Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) today declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per common share, a 3.9 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 38.5 cents per share, resulting in an annualized equivalent dividend rate of $1.60 per share. The previous annualized equivalent dividend rate was $1.54 per share.
