The New York Federal Reserve sold $8.87 billion in U.S. Treasury debt during its permanent open market operations (POMO) today as part of its Operation Twist program.
Dealers tried to buy $69.618 billion worth of debt, with the government receiving almost eight bids for every one it sold.
Maturities sold were from 03/31/2013 - 10/15/2013.
