A group of investors that includes Groupon co-founders Eric Lefkofsky and Brad Keywell, have reached a tentative deal to buy Chicago's iconic Wrigley Building, according to sources. The price was not disclosed, but is believed to be about $40 million. BDT Capital Partners of Chicago is the lead investor. Groupon is expected to occupy at least part of the building.
