Shares of Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) fell about 0.5% after the company elected Orlando Ayala of Microsoft Corporation to the Company's Board of Directors.

Shares of Natus Medical Incorporated (NASDAQ: BABY) gained about 5.9% after the company reported that it has acquired Embla Systems LLC.

Shares of Diamond Foods Inc (NASDAQ: DMND) surged about 15.2% after the company reported a 27% surge in its Q4 net income and lifted its full-year forecast. Diamond Foods reported its quarterly earnings at $8.5 million, or $0.37 per share, up from $6.7 million, or $0.30 per share, in the year-ago period. Diamond Foods earned $0.52 per share on an adjusted basis. Its revenue climbed 32% to $232.8 million. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.44 per share on revenue of $216.3 million.

Shares of Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE: TXN) gained about 0.5% after the company announced its plans to lift its quarterly cash dividend. Texas Instruments raised its dividend by 31% to $0.17 per share of common stock.
