Praxair Issues $500M of 3.00% Notes Due 2021

Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) has priced $500 million of 3.00% notes due September 1, 2021. The notes are being offered under its universal shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering is led by Credit Suisse Securities LLC, RBS Securities Inc., Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.
