Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement Agreement with Siemens

Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced today that its subsidiary, Kellstrom Integration Solutions LLC, has settled with Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. concerning patents that apply to systems and methods for transferring assembly data.

This settlement agreement resolves Kellstrom Integration Solutions LLC's claims in patent litigation Civil Action No. 6:10-cv-00355-LED-JDL that is pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
