Standard & Poor's Announces Changes to S&P SmallCap 600 Index

S&P will make the following changes to the S&P SmallCap 600 Index:

iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ: IRBT) will replace EMS Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ELMG) after the close of trading on Friday, August 19. S&P 500 constituent Honeywell International (NYSE: HON) is acquiring EMS Technologies in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.

Tennant Co. (NYSE: TNC) will replace Gerber Scientific Inc. (NYSE: GRB) after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Private equity firm Vector Capital is acquiring Gerber Scientific in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final conditions.
