Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC) announced that the court hearing GAP's protection proceeding in defense of its by-laws affirmed the preliminary injunction prohibiting the Mexican Banking and Securities Commission from issuing a decision regarding the public tender offer announced by Grupo México S.A.B. de C.V. until the protection proceeding is resolved by this same court.
