today announced net income of $3,725,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2011, or $0.67 per share diluted, an increase of 8.9% compared to net income of $3,422,000, or $0.62 per share diluted, for the first quarter of 2010. Total assets increased 5.0% from $2.4 billion at December 31, 2010 to $2.6 billion at March 31, 2011.
