Dollar Financial Corp. Announces Common Stock Offering of 5M Shares

today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Company also intends to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
