Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation
RPC
announced today, as disclosed in the Company's Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 14, 2011, that due to requests for financial information from and related to the Company's deconsolidated Chinese subsidiary Jade Pharmaceuticals, the Company was not able to complete its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 in a timely manner, and is therefore unable to file its Form 10-K with the SEC by April 15, 2011 as required. JPI indicated they are gathering the requested data and information and RPC expects to receive it shortly. RPC will therefore require additional time to file its Form 10-K for fiscal 2010 with the SEC and expects to file the Form 10-K within the next 30 days.
