Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. Announces Public Offering of 4.4M Units

Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. FGP today announced the commencement of an underwritten registered public offering of 4,400,000 common units representing limited partner interests.

Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. intends to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 660,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any.
