reported financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2010. Reported revenues increased $167.4 million or 63.8% from $262.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2009 to $429.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2010 due in large part to our acquisition of Waste Services, Inc.. Adjusted net income for the fourth quarter of 2010 was $26.8 million, or $0.22 per weighted average diluted share, compared to $15.0 million, or $0.16 per diluted share in the comparative period.
