Sherwin-Williams Boosts Dividend by 1.4% to $0.365

The Board of Directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company

today announced an increase in their quarterly dividend from $0.36 per common share to $0.365 per common share, payable on March 11, 2011, to shareholders of record on February 25, 2011. This increase follows 32 consecutive years of dividend increases.
