The common stock of Quepasa Corporation (QPSA) has been approved for listing on the NYSE Amex.

Beginning with the opening of the market on Friday, January 21, 2011, Quepasa's common stock will commence trading on the NYSE Amex under the symbol (NYSE: QPSA).
