Vocollect, Inc. to Be Acquired by Intermec, Inc. for $190M

Vocollect, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Intermec, Inc.

. Both companies' Board of Directors have unanimously approved the US $190M cash offer. Upon completion of the transaction, Vocollect President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Pajer will lead the Intermec Voice Solutions Business and report to Intermec President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Byrne.
