TheStreet.com's (NASDAQ: TSCM) Jeanine Poggi writes about 19 takeover targets, in light of news that Jo-Ann Stores (NYSE: JAS) was being acquired by Leonard Green, a major private equity firm for $61 per share in cash.

Poggi gives some examples such as Office Depot (NYSE: ODP), Children's Place (NASDAQ: PLCE), and BJ's Wholesale (NYSE: BJ).
