Zings Of The Day (FNM, TM)
China's economy slowed to 9.6% growth in the third quarter, beating estimates of 9.5%. I wonder if China "fudged" the numbers to beat expectations. I mean, everything that China says is believable, right? Sarcasm is also my first language.
Fannie Mae's (NYSE: FNM) regulators are set for litigation against some of the major Wall Street banks, like Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) for the mortgage mess. Fannie Mae should just simmer down. It's not exactly in a position to claim honorable actions. It's like the blind leading the blind.
Toyota (NYSE: TM) is recalling another 1.5 million cars after reports that brake fluid could leak from the cars. I think Toyota is Japanese for quality, right?
