United Natural Foods, Inc. Announces Completion of Stock Offering

United Natural Foods, Inc.

announced today that it has completed the previously announced public offering of 4,427,500 shares of common stock, which includes 577,500 shares issued pursuant to the underwriters' overallotment option. The offering resulted in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $138.4 million after deducting underwriters' fees and estimated offering expenses, which proceeds are being used to repay a portion of the Company's outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
