ParkerVision Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders (PRKR)

ParkerVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRKR) held its annual meeting of shareholders on Friday, September 17, 2010.

Shareholders attending the annual meeting and those voting by proxy, re-elected eight directors to the Company's Board of Directors to hold office until the Company's 2011 annual meeting.

They are: Jeffrey Parker, William Hightower, John Metcalf, William Sammons, David Sorrells, Robert Sterne, Nam Suh and Papken der Torossian. Shareholders also ratified the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as the Company's independent registered certified public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
