LNC Acquires 2.9 Million Warrants

Lincoln National Corporation (NYSE: LNC) has purchased 2.9 million warrants, covered by its Capital Purchase Program, issued to the US Treasury. LNC reported to pay $16.60 per warrant. He also mentioned that the purchased warrants represent 22.3% of its 13 million remaining warrants.

The transaction is likely to end on Wednesday

LNC's shares fell 0.20% to $24.67 at 3:20 pm.

Lincoln shares have gained 10.06% over the past month and moved down 0.52% so far this year.
