John M. Connolly Named Interim CEO of EDGAR Online, Inc

today announced that John M. Connolly, a member of its Board of Directors and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Institutional Shareholder Services, has been named interim President and Chief Executive Officer effective on September 30, 2010. Connolly replaces Philip D. Moyer, who has resigned, also effective September 30, as CEO, President and a member of the Board, citing personal reasons. Following his resignation, Moyer will serve as an advisor to the Board and the management team, during which time he will be helping to transition his responsibilities.
