Jim Cramer told Erin Burnett on Stop Trading that investors should buy the heck out of Citigroup.
Cramer emphatically said Citigroup is the ultimate $3 call. Jim said he has rarely seen an option as good as this one, and he'd take Citi any day of the week for a turnaround from now into 2012.
A disappointing secondary offering in Citi caused the shares to sell off today.
