CNBC's Fast Money Joe Terranova thinks that Meritage Homes (NYSE: MTH) will win when the real estate market turns around. He thinks they will be first to return to profitability and suggest investors to take a look at that stock.
Meritage Homes (MTH) dropped 2.05% on Friday and closed at $18.20.
