BioScrip Inc. (Nasdaq: BIOS) Spikes After Comments Made On CNBC (BIOS). Heartland Advisors Will Nasgovitz fund is up some 37% this year.

Nasgovitz said one of his main holdings is a small-cap, BioScrip Inc. BioScrip is up over 250% this year and Will Nasgovitz still thinks BioScrip has more room to run and BIOS will continue to be a main holding in the fund.

BioScrip moved up from $8 to $8.11 after Will talked about it on CNBC.

BioScrip is a pharma company that sells pharmaceuticals to individuals that have Hepatitis C or HIV and its business has been doing great. BioScrip has a new management team and their operating margin is expanding.

Nasgovitz thinks the valuation is still very compelling and BIOS it will remain a top 5 holding in their fund.
