Ken Fisher Expects Another 20%-To-25% Gains (TAM, NETC, HNP, SJR, WYNN)
Ken Fisher wrote in his Forbes column that we are in the V shaped recovery. He thinks that every recession is followed by V recovery, and the steeper the descent, the steeper the ascent.
Ken Fisher added that he expects 20%-25% gains by January, and for those who want to participate in the gains, he recommends owning stocks like TAM S.A. (ADR)(NYSE: TAM) and Net Servicos de Comunicacao SA (ADR) (NASDAQ: NETC).
TAM is Brazilian air company that holds 50% of Brazil's Air market, and Ken Fisher thinks that it will grow 15% a year. NETC is Brazil's largest TV provider and deliver of internet and phone services. TAM dropped 1.02% and NETC fell 0.68%.
Ken Fisher also thinks that Shaw Communications (NYSE: SJR) is currently cheap, and expects a growth of 12% a year. SJR is 0.43% up today. He also pointed that dividend yield is 4.4%.
Huaneng Power International, Inc. (ADR)(NYSE: HNP), Chinese largest nongovernmental electricity generator, is trading at 12 times 2009 earnings and 50% of annual revenue. Fisher expacts earnings growth of 15% a year. HNP fell 2.99% today.
Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) is also one of his favorites. He expects its 2010 revenues to grow above $3 billion and sees WYNN's earnings in 2011 at 1.5 billion. WYNN fell 0.85% in today's trading session.
