As a part of Cancer Research week on Mad Money, NBC's Jim Cramer decided to take a look at Immunogen (NASDAQ: IMGN).

Immunogen (IMGN) is working together with Genitech/Roche to develop the breast-cancer drug T-DM1. The drug is currently under Phase II trial and IMGN is expecting results by December 12th.

Jim Cramer believes that Immunogen (IMGN) is going up, as he thinks that T-DM1 is a better version than Genetech's Herceptin. If drug trials turn out to be good, the company will get $350 million from royalties which is $40 million less than its market capitalization.

Immunogen (IMGN) is 11.31% up today, and is trading around $7.5.
