CNBC's Fast Money Tim Seymour thinks that Russian based CTC Media (NASDAQ: CTCM) is a buy. He says that this company operates 3 TV networks in Russia and compared it to Viacom (NYSE: VIA). Tim Seymour said that CTC Media (CTCM) is Viacom of Russia but it grows at twice the rate of Viacom (VIA).
CTCM dropped 0.83% in regular trading and closed at $19.08. It recovered from losses in the after-hours gaining 2.73%.
