“Mad Money Lightening Round:” Jim Prefers PRSP, CREE, TUP, NAL, T, WIN To S, ISRG, FTR
In his “Mad Money Lightening Round,” Cramer said that Prosperity Bancshares (NASDAQ: PRSP) seems to be the right investment for the moment. PRSP’s shares fell 0.19% yesterday.
Jim emphatically stated that CREE (NASDAQ: CREE) is currently a good buy, while Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG) is not. Cramer believes that Tupperware Brands (NYSE: TUP) is a winner and so is New Alliance Bancshares (NYSE: NAL), despite the disappointing performances. While CREE added 1.03% and ISRG moved up 0.19%, TUP lost 1.37% and NAL gained 0.55% in yesterday’s trading.
However, Jim warned investors against buying Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S). S climbed 4.64% yesterday.
Jim said that although Frontier Communications (NYSE: FTR) has a good dividend yield, he would prefer Windstream (NYSE: WIN) and AT&T (NYSE: T). While FTR added 1.74%, WIN gained 1.54% and T moved up 0.19% yesterday.
