Fast Money Picks In The Energy Sector (WLT, PCX, ACI, MTL, PCL)
CNBC Fast Money's traders gave their picks in the energy sector on the show. Guy Adami believes that Walter Energy, Inc. (NYSE: WLT) is a good stock to buy in the space. Walter Energy (WLT) spiked 3.51% today.
Tim Seymour likes Mechel OAO (ADR) (NYSE: MTL). He thinks that it is cheap at these levels. Mechel (MTL) jumped 3.87% on Tuesday.
Pete Najarian recommends Patriot Coal Corporation (NYSE: PCX) and Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE: ACI). Both stocks had a great trading session on Tuesday, Patriot Coal (PCX) gained 5.84% and Arch Coal (ACI) added 5.56%.
Brian Kelly added that if you believe that coal is going higher you should take a look at Plum Creek Timber Co. Inc. (NYSE: PCL) as a play on wood pellets. Plum Creek (PCL) added 1.78% today.
