On CNBC's "Fast Money Halftime Report", Jon Najarian spoke about high options activity in D.R. Horton, Inc. DHI. In the first half of the trading session on Friday, traders bought around 6,000 contracts of the January 2018, 39 strike call. They started to buy them at 75 cents and they bought them all the way up to $1.30.
Najarian bought a call spread in the name and he is planning to hold the position for two or three months. He likes the trade because of low interest rates. He also thinks the stock could benefit because consumers have some extra money to spend due to low gasoline price. Najarian also likes PulteGroup, Inc. PHM and KB Home KBH in the space.
