Semiconductor & Software Stocks To Do Well: CNBC (MSFT, SYMC, DOX)

In an interview with CNBC, Richard Parower, portfolio manager at J&W Seligman, shared his view on the technology sector. Parower is bullish on the sector.
Parower said, “At some point, as long as the economy keeps recovering, tech looks pretty interesting because companies are going to invest in technology to improve profitability and business. So we generally feel pretty good about tech.”
Parower stated his preference for semiconductors, hardware, and software segment. He picked Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC), and Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX) as his favorite.
Parower advised investors to avoid service, and telecom equipment sector.
