Bob Parker, senior advisor at Credit Suisse (ADR) (NYSE: CS), thinks that the markets are expected to remain positive for the next six months. Talking with CNBC, Parker said that he does not expect to see any slowdown in the market.
According to Parker, the major economies are likely to give positive surprises. Parker also expressed his satisfaction over the corporate earnings reports. Parker said that investors are currently playing defensive but that they are slowly shifting out of bond markets.
Parker said, “The second half of this year, there is a real risk that we see a growth slowdown in the U.S. and also those very good numbers out of Japan reversing while the growth outlook in Europe, at best, remains mediocre.”
