On CNBC's Options Action, Mike Khouw spoke about a big options trade that he noticed in Yelp Inc YELP on Tuesday. The call options volume was pretty high too as it was five times higher than the average daily call options volume.
Khouw noticed that somebody bought 4,000 contracts of the December 42 calls for $0.25. The trade breaks even at $42.25 or 5.76 percent above the current market price. It's going to make money if Yelp jumps more than 5.76 percent until December 30 expiration. The stock gained 5.13 percent on Tuesday.
