Najarian Brothers See Unusual Options Activity In eBay And Tenet Healthcare

Pete Najarian said that he noticed a bullish options activity in eBay Inc EBAY on CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report.

In the last three weeks he noticed four trading sessions with high call options volume. Traders started to buy the October expiration calls in the name on September 27 and they continued buying calls on October 4 and on October 10. On Thursday, they bought around 7,000 contracts of the October 34.5 calls for $0.27. The breakeven for the trade is at $34.77 or approximately 10 percent higher from the current price. Najarian added that the company is going to report earnings on October 19.

Jon Najarian noticed that traders were buying the November 22 calls in Tenet Healthcare Corp THC on Thursday and he decided to follow them. He is going to hold the position for a month.
