On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said Hain Celestial Group Inc HAIN should be sold because of its accounting irregularities. He had a high opinion of the stock and he recommended it in the past, but he makes no exceptions when it comes to accounting problems.

Cramer likes both Radian Group Inc RDN and Rayonier Inc. RYN.

If the government blocks the deal between Dow Chemical Co DOW and E I Du Pont De Nemours And Co DD, it will be a shame, thinks Cramer. He added that he likes Dow Chemical better than E I Du Pont De Nemours .
